Bringing healthcare facilities into the digital age
Paper records and scattered spreadsheets replaced by a single platform covering the whole facility, from patient records to the medical analysis laboratory.
The challenge
Healthcare facilities were managing patients, tests and billing on paper or in scattered spreadsheets. The consequences: records that were hard to find, waiting times for patients and billing errors.
Our response
A single web platform covering the whole facility: admissions, triage, patient records, consultations, bed management, pharmacy, inventory and stock, billing, deposits and cash journal, all with a real-time dashboard.
The medical analysis laboratory is part of the same platform. Every request is tracked from registration to report: sample reception, entry and validation of results, report generation and billing, with real-time notifications for the teams. Because everything is connected, a test ordered during a consultation goes straight to the laboratory, and the result comes back into the patient's record with no re-entry.
