Cookies and similar technologies
The website only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation: remembering your language, securing forms (anti-forgery token) and displaying confirmation messages. Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are set. Fonts and all website resources are served from our own servers. As these cookies do not require consent, no banner is displayed.

We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not share it with any third party for commercial purposes.
Transfer and storage outside Quebec
Some of the providers mentioned above may store or process information outside Quebec, in particular in Europe (European Union), where the servers of our hosting provider Contabo GmbH are located. Before any communication outside Quebec, we carry out a privacy impact assessment as required by law and make sure the information receives adequate protection.

We implement reasonable security measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information: encrypted communications (HTTPS), access control, form protection, backups and regular updates. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the persons concerned, as required by law.
